(100% for me).  That’s why I started making clusters. I wanted to save people from the same heartbreak I have endured. There is no disappointment with a cluster from JT’s Confections. They are amazing! Here’s our secret…We roast fresh pecans, lay them out on trays and then smother them in hot buttery caramel. When the caramel is cooled, we dip the “naked clusters” in either smooth milk chocolate or decadent dark chocolate. Don’t tell anyone I told you. Because all our confections are handmade in small batches, our clusters are always fresh, soft and amazing! "By-the-Pound" pricing starts at a three(3) pound minimum purchase. When you crave something salty and chocolaty these are the answer to all your prayers (all the prayers that are specific to salty and chocolaty cravings. They do not help with lottery tickets).

We take old fashioned, salted pretzels and give them a thick coating of smooth milk chocolate or decadent dark chocolate. Nothing is better than the salty-chocolate mix! These are the best chocolate covered pretzels you will ever eat!

Old Fashioned English Butter Toffee bathed in Milk and Dark Chocolate and covered in Roasted Almonds. We take fresh sweet creamy butter and pure cane sugar and cook it until it reaches the magic temperature (it’s hot!).  We then poor the molten nectar onto cooling pans. After the toffee is cooled, it’s broken into smaller pieces and bathed in our delicious, rich milk and dark chocolate. Finally, while the chocolate is still wet, we sprinkle it with chopped roasted almonds. If you like toffee, you’ll LOVE this. If you love toffee, you’ll lose your mind! If you don’t like toffee, go directly to jail, do not pass Go, and do not collect $200.

We blend decadent dark chocolate, freshly roasted pecans, and dried-tart cherries. All these ingredients are amazing by themselves, imagine them together!!!
