Old Fashioned English Butter Toffee bathed in Milk and Dark Chocolate and covered in Roasted Almonds.
We take fresh sweet creamy butter and pure cane sugar and cook it until it reaches the magic temperature (it’s hot!). We then poor the molten nectar onto cooling pans. After the toffee is cooled, it’s broken into smaller pieces and bathed in our delicious, rich milk and dark chocolate. Finally, while the chocolate is still wet, we sprinkle it with chopped roasted almonds.
