How many times have you walked into a candy store, ordered a cluster, and said to the clerk “No need for a bag kind sir or madam” and then devoured your treat while they watched in amusement? Then how many times did you walk out of the store disappointed? (100% for me). That’s why I started making clusters. I wanted to save people from the same heartbreak I have endured. There is no disappointment with a cluster from JT’s Confections. They are amazing!
Here’s our secret…We roast fresh pecans, lay them out on trays and then smother them in hot buttery caramel. When the caramel is cooled, we dip the “naked clusters” in either smooth milk chocolate or decadent dark chocolate. Don’t tell anyone I told you.
Because all our confections are handmade in small batches, our clusters are always fresh, soft and amazing!
